PHOTO AND VIDEO EXHIBITION
Together with my friends from Weekend Heroes and Hey You! Films we held a little photo and video exhibition at their Munich offices. I showed my black and white photo series called Tempo Thursday and premiered my travel film My New York Minute, both shot in New York not too long ago.

MANUEL NEUER - BEHIND THE SCENES
Recently I had the pleasure of shooting the incredible Hulk Manuel Neuer #bestgoalkepperintheworld. Shooting only available light we roamed around on set for a new tv spot and shot some images as well as cinemagraphs with these small and nifty Sony cameras. I’m hoping to be able to show the results soon, here’s some behind the scenes images for now.

ARJEN ROBBEN
To be able to shoot photos with one of the top soccer players in the world is a great experience by itself. On top of that we were lucky to have the completely empty and beautiful Allianz Arena as our location. Check out the series on my portfolio website christianbrecheis.com

HARRY G

1705
On Christmas morning I took a short trip just outside of Munich to witness the memorial service for the Sendling's night of murder.
From Wikipedia: Sendling's night of murder (German: Sendlinger Mordweihnacht) was a massacre in 1705 in Sendling, 2 km south west of Munich. An army of peasants, protesting the Austrian regime during the Bavarian People's Uprising, had marched on Munich, but was betrayed from within and massacred. Some 1,100 peasants were killed.

That was a first! Recently I was lucky enough to play some tennis on ice. Here're some shots from that night. Check out the incredible White Club Tennis.

BLICKFANG 2015 / 2016
One of my personal favorite sourcebooks just hit the shelves. "BLICKFANG – Deutschlands beste Fotografen" features the work of more than 200 photographers on 656 pages. Check it out online at blickfang-dbf.de
